DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer all the costs of preparation, packaging and delivery on the Metropolitan France for all orders over 4,990 Euros.
SPECIAL CORSICA: orders and deliveries to Corsica are possible under the same conditions as for the metropolis.

DELAYS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
We are committed to deliver as soon as possible, either on products available for metropolitan France (add 2 to 4 days for delivery outside the city):
- 10 days maximum for products that are not in stock.
- 24/48 hours for most products available. (Depending on date indicated on the order form for orders placed before 11 am; Excluding weekends and public holidays)
CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
Unless special mentions:
- Bulky packages are not delivered to the floor, but they are delivered at least not at the door of the house or property. Thank you tell us when you order all the information needed for a quick and easy delivery (person to be delivered in his absence, indications to get to the place of delivery, intercom codes, etc.)
- Delivery is not required by appointment. We use multiple carriers, depending on the region and some will go with you on the eve of the date of delivery. In all cases, be sure to leave us a phone number to reach you during the day.
- In any case, if you are away from your home during delivery, a notice will be left in your letter box with the coordinates of the carrier for you to know and make an appointment.
- Except for certain shipments shipments by mail and special orders, there is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
RECEPTION OF PACKAGES
Upon delivery of your package, it is imperative to check before signing the delivery:
